Montgomery, WV – Joann Jarvis, 72, of Montgomery, formerly of Alta passed away Friday, April 3, 2015 surrounded by her family.

She was born June 13, 1942 and was the daughter of the late James C. and Clara B. Pauley of Cannelton.

In addition to her parents, Joann was preceded in death by her husband, Scott Jarvis; long-time companion, Clarence “Bud” Bulmer; grandson, Jeffrey Scott Angel II; and brother, Jimmy McDaniels.

She is survived by her son, Mark Jarvis (Letha) and daughter, Leah Baker (Gary); grandchildren, Bryan Angel (Tiffany) and Casey Baker; grand-daughter-in-law, Megan Angel; stepdaughters, Faye Bender and Phyllis Dennis; great-grandchildren, Sophia Angel, Meadow Roberts, Eli Scott Angel, Caleb Douglas, Brayden Douglas; sisters, Carol Stover (Bobby), Bonnie Croft (Butch), Peggy Jackson (Gerald) and Robin Grey (John); brothers, Bob Pauley (Sandy) and Leon Pauley (Katy); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Joann’s family wishes to thank all of those who helped during her illness, including the nursing staff in the Coronary Care Unit at CAMC Memorial.
