Fola — James Lloyd Parcell, 70, of Fola, entered into rest Thursday, June 15, 2017.

Born October 14, 1946, he was the son of the late James E. Parcell; and mother and stepfather Reba and Darrel Wagner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Judy C. Parcell; and brother, David C. Parcell.

James is survived by his daughters, Lisa and husband Ronald Lay Jr. of Wilmot, OH, Michelle and husband Shannon Clark of Maysel, and Connie Parcell of Charleston; grandchildren, Megan Thompson, Mason Clark, Sydney Clark, Manuel Lay, Anna Lay, Camron Mitchell, and Cristopher and Caleb Holcomb; great-grandchildren, Adrianna, Lainee and Maddox; sisters, Eva June Tanner of Indore, Margie Wyant of Lizemores, Camilla Neal of Indore and Rita Fernatt of Charleston; and brother, George Parcell, of Indore.

A private service will be held.
