Jackie Burl King

Dayton, OH– Jackie Burl King, 73, of Dayton, OH, formerly of Clay, entered into rest Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016.
Born April 4, 1943, he was the son of the late George Fuller King and Pribble Daubsenspeck King. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by brothers Lawrence, Roy, Kermit, Samuel, Loyd, Cody, and Jimmie; and sister, Zelma.
Jackie was one of 12 children. After graduating from Clay County High School, he joined and served his country in the United States Air Force. He was employed by Dart Company for 28 years as a machinist.  He also enjoyed returning to the hills of West Virginia to visit friends and family.
Jackie is survived by sons Morgan (Jennifer) of Fort Worth, TX, and Michael (Robin) of Dayton, OH; grandchildren, Liam, Xander, and Emily; brother, Oscar; and sisters Jane and Kitty; he was an uncle to several nieces and nephews and a cousin to many.
Graveside service was at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, at King-Daubenspeck Cemetery, Maysel, WV, with Minister Daniel Tanner officiating.
