 Howard Hall OBITLizemores, WV – Howard H. Hall 84 of Lizemores, formerly of Falling Rock Rd, Clendenin, went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, November 12, 2014.

Howard was preceded in death by his parents Sam and Lucille Welch Hall; brothers Everett, Ray, Earl, Melvin, and Elbert; infant sister Mildred; and grandson Leroy Hall Jr.

He was a faithful servant of Jesus Christ his savior and attended church at both Cold Springs Gospel Tabernacle and Bethel Community Church. His favorite scriptures in the KJV bible are found in Psalm 23. During his life he worked as a timberman and mechanic and worked for the Department of Highways at Clay. He was retired from H.E. White Elementary School and loved the outdoors, especially hunting and ginsenging.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years Beatrice Mullins Hall; sons Leroy Hall, Sr. (Brenda) of Clendenin, Tom Hall (Connie) of Indore, Howard Keith Hall (Charlotte) of Gauley Bridge; daughters Linda Brown (Jackie) of Indore, Fay Stephenson (Teddy) of Indore, and Joyce Carroll ( David Winterhollower) of Queen Shoals; brothers Walter Hall and Harold Hall of Bomont; sisters Betty Jane Driggs (Don) of Houston, Texas, Helen Moore of Lynchburg, Virginia, and Nina Dawson; 12 grandchildren and 18 great- grand children

Funeral services were held at Matics Funeral Home in Clendenin on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 2p.m. with Charles Blankenship officiating. Burial followed at Kings – Mullins Cemetery in Bomont.
