Garry Kent Baker

Montgomery, WV – Garry Kent Baker, 77, of Montgomery formally of Bentree WV entered into rest on July 1, 2015 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
Garry is the son of the late Carl D. and Opal Dale (Neal) Baker. Garry is also preceeded in death by his wife Mary Ann (O’Dell) Baker and brothers: Joe Paul and Carl Warren Baker.
Garry was a retired barber and gospel singer with the Brighter Side Quartet. He was a member of Lizemore United Methodist Church. Garry also served in the U. S. Army.
Garry is survived by his daughters: Teresa Holly of Dixie, WV and Bonnie “Kim” Liming of Mt. Hope, WV; 3 Grandchildren: Chaston Liming, Garren Heinrich both of Clermout FL; Maruneta Holley of Summersville. One great grandchild: Auriannah Liming of Eustis FL.
Services were held Thursday July 23, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Pennington Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Young officiating.
