Debra Kay Bloir, 56, Of Dille, entered into rest Sunday, June 10, 2018.

Born November 19, 1961, in Spencer, she was the daughter of the late Shirley and Betty (Ramsey) McKinney. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother, Elwood McKinney and sister, Carolyn Drake.

Debra is survived by her husband, Richard Bloir of Dille, sons, Lyle (Crystal) Burrns of Ohio  and Randolph Burns of Dille; daughter, Jodie (Matt) Davis; three grandchildren, Hannah, Caleb and Tyler Burns and one great-grandson Bentley; and brother, James “Bub” McKinney of Clay.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 14, at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Wayne Litton officiating. Burial will follow in Ramsey Cemetery, Dog Run.
