Belva, WV – Dayton Andrew “ Squirrel” Waugh Jr., 75, of Belva, entered into rest Friday, April 8, 2016.
Born Sept. 17, 1940, he was the son of the late Dayton and Flora (Maysel) Waugh. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Tammy Severson.
Dayton is survived by his son, Dayton “Andy” Waugh III of Belva and Chadwick Waugh of Statesville, NC; daughters, Jeanne Nottingham of Fayetteville NC, Andrea Searls of Perrysville, OH., Mary Waugh of Loudonville, OH; brothers, James Waugh of Drennen, Ricky Waugh of Dixie and Gary Waugh of Hurricane; sisters, Linda Lamb of Marietta, OH., and Bobbie Jo Neff of Scrabble Creek; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside service was held 1:00 Monday, April 11, 2016 at Hill Cemetery, Belva.

Dale C. (Duke) Walls
Knoxville, TN – Dale C. (Duke) Walls, 76 of Knoxville, TN. Formerly of Clay County, WV died April 3, 2016 in a nursing home in Louden, TN. He was the son of the late Charlie & Letha Walls of Clay, WV. He was preceded in death by his wife Madelyn and his son Eric; brother Charles (Bus) Walls and sister Helen Shamblin McKay, and Harold Walls. He never met a stranger. He worked as a construction worker with two of his best friends, Okey and Rosco Shamblin. Survivors are his sons: John of Ohio, Marshall & Rodney of Virginia and Eugene of Ohio; sisters: Dee Walls of Procious, Carol Schwartz and Joan Sullivan and Jane Lowery of Ohio, Kathy McAnaul of Texas; Doris Sprous & Deloris Mayo of Florida, and step-daughter Lanee of Tennesee. He was an army veteran and loved to fish and tell jokes. A graveside service was held at the Range Cemetery in Jamestown, Tennesee, being buried along beside of his wife and son.
