David Wayne Stewart, 66, of Bickmore, WV found peace on April 25, 2023.
Born on August 12, 1956, he was the son to the late Thomas and Margaret Stewart. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Thomas Houston and Gene.
He leaves behind his four children, Lorie, Debra, Rebecca, and Jeffrey; his grandson, Preston, whom he raised; 16 other grandchildren; and he was lucky enough to have several great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his companion, Norma Davis, and her daughter, Erica Grose, along with his longtime friend, Johnny Foster
He will be missed and loved by many families and friends.
Funeral service was held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, with a viewing for family and friends from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Wilson Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister John Osborne officiating.
