Cletis O. Fugate, 57, of Bickmore, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017.
Born July 21, 1959 in Indore, he was the son of the late Dencil and Hazel (Brown) Fugate. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Angel Fugate; brothers, Roger, Dencil “Dink”, Gregory and Craig Fugate.
Cletis is survived by his wife, Patty Fugate of Bickmore; son; Arron Fugate of Dog Run; daughter, Janae Grose of Big Otter; grandchildren, Tristen, Decklun, Brogan, Braelyn and Brinley; brother, Gallard Fugate of Big Otter; sister, Judy Smith of Maysel.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at Holcomb Cemetery, Bickmore, with Minister Gaylord Taylor officiating.
Friend may gather with family from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, before the graveside services.
