Ivydale, WV – Carolyn Faye Drake, 55, of Ivydale entered into rest Wednesday, February 11, 2015 after a short illness.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Ronnie Drake, children, Darrell ( Becky) Adkins, Jo Ann Adkins, Alicia Adkins, four grandchildren, Jacob, Blake, Dylan and Grant Adkins, seven step grandchildren, sister Debra “Dob” (Richard) Bloir, brother James “Bub” McKinney and ex-spouse Junior Adkins.

Funeral service will be held 12:00 P.M. Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay. Burial will be in the Friend Cemetery, Ivydale.
