Brenda Rogers Kyle, 78, of Clay, WV passed away peacefully on January 22, 2023.

She was born June 15, 1944 and was the daughter of the late Sherman and Polly McKinney.

She was a child of God and loved to sing and play music.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her first love, Bobby Lee Rogers, and her second, Wilford Kyle. She was also preceded in death by her son, John Paul Rogers, four brothers, and five sisters.

Surviving children are Timberly (Corky) Hamrick, Will (Julie) Rogers, and Carolyn Rogers all of Clay, and Tammy (Robin) Sizemore of Bomont, WV. Surviving brother and sister are Dale (Drema) McKinney and Sandra Gray of Clay. She has 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

She loved her family with her whole heart, and she loved her hugs.

Services were held at the Wilson Shamblin Smith Funeral Home on Friday, January 27, 2023, with visitation at 12:00 p.m. and a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial followed at the Asbury-Rogers Cemetery in Clay.
