Clay, WV – Billy Tracy, 73, of Clay, entered into rest, Wednesday, January 27, 2016.
Born on December 24, 1942, he was the son of the late Forest and Mildred Tracy. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife Linda and son Doug Tracy
Bill is survived by his son, David (Brandy) Tracy, grandchildren, Sloan Tracy, Shane Tracy, Jordan Knight and Madelyn Kilpatrick.
Funeral Service was held 2:00 P.M. January 30, 2016 at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Terry Bevins officiating. Burial was in Clay Memorial Gardens Clay.
