Clay, WV – Teresa Renee Tackett, 47, of Clay, entered into rest Tuesday, January 21, 2014. She was born September 8, 1966, in PA; she was the daughter of the late Laken and Martha (Hanshaw) Moore.
Teresa is survived by her daughters, Tiffany Tackett and Marissa Tackett both of Clay, 3 granddaughters, Phoebe, Nevaeh and Olivia.
Graveside service was held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, January 23, 2014, at Hanshaw Family Cemetery, Procious, with Minister Wayne Litton officiating.
