David D. Hoffman, 80, of Ivydale, entered into rest Thursday, September 14, 2017.

Born July 20, 1937 in Ohio, he was the son of the late Joseph and Nallie (Craft) Hoffman.

David is survived by his brother, Joseph Hoffman of Belva; sister, Bonnie Wiseman of Belvidere Tenn.; and several niece and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay with Minister B.J. Smith officiating.  Burial was in Sunset Cemetery, Bickmore.
