Attention all Clay Countians. My son, Terry Tanner, passed away on July 23rd, 2015. His funeral expenses were paid in full by August 8th, 2015. The Clay County Career and Technical Center will be starting a beginners welding class on September 15 at 6 pm. The class will run Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks. There will be a 20.00 registration fee to cover materials costs.
Benefit lunch/dinner for JJ Blankenship, Thursday September 13, 2015 from 11:00am to 4:00pm at the Clay Lions Club. Menu: 2 hot dogs, 1 side, 1 dessert, 1 pop and the cost is $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for children. Your condiment choices are chili, slaw, mustard, onion, ketchup. Your choice of sides include macaroni salad, baked beans, potato salad, chips. Deliveries will be made within a 7 mile radius of the Lion Club on that day during the event time. All proceeds will be to assist J.J. in her fight to battle cancer.
