The results of the May 14 Primary Election have been released by the Secretary of State’s office with the following totals:
There were 2,070 ballots cast out of 5,250 registered voters in Clay County, or 39.43% voter turnout. Of those, 1,092 cast were Republican, 869 were Democrat, 107 were Nonpartisan, and 2 were Mountain Party.
