Summer Activities at Clay County High School

Mega Sports Camp!  Clay County High School
Students who will be in grades 1-6 next school year are eligible to attend the Mega Sports Camp at Clay County High School, July 18, 19, 21, 22, 2015; 9:30 a.m.  – 12:45 p.m.  An awesome sports camp including basketball, soccer, cheerleading, baseball, and flag football.  Lunch and Activity Buses provided
Sewing Class
A  Beginners Sewing class for anyone interested in learning to sew (limit 8 per class), July 18, 19, 21, 22, 2015; 9 -11 a.m. or 1- 3 p.m. Learn to make fun and useful projects while learning to sew.  All supplies will be provided, just bring yourself! Stop by the CCHS Office to complete the registration form!
Computer Class – Under the Hood
A computer class for anyone interested in learning about computers and how to use them.  July 18, 19, 21, 22, 2015, 9 a.m. – Noon. Introduction to Computers – A series of half day sessions introducing participates to computer science in a fun and hands-on way.  If you are interested in getting “under the hood” of PCs, smart phones, and video games, come join us! If you have a laptop computer, you are welcome to bring it, but all you need to bring is yourself!
Bringing Art to Life!
For students who will be in grades 6 – 12 next school year, July 18, 19, 21, 22, 2015
9 a.m. – Noon. Art is something everyone can successfully do!  Come out and learn from a pro on how to capture images, what techniques work the best with each medium, and how to enjoy each second of your creativity. If you have art supplies that you want to use, feel free to bring them. Otherwise, materials will be provided.
Applications for all four activities are available at Clay County High School.
