The Clay County Sheriff’s Department swore in their third full-time deputy today in front of the Honorable Judge Alsop. Tyler Caruthers, of Clay, took the Deputy’s oath in front of family and friends Monday in the Clay Courtroom. Deputy Caruthers will serve alongside other members of the Sheriff’s Department who serve and protect the citizens of Clay.
