There will be a food handlers class offered at the Clay County Health Department on Monday, August 13, at 10 a.m. The cost is $10 (fee is non-refundable unless CCHD cancels class). Now the class is also available online at https://www.statefoodsafety.com/food-handler/west-virginia/clay-county. Food cards are good for two years.
