The Faith Missionary Baptist Church at Duck, WV, welcomes Brother B. J. Evans as our new pastor. Our church was without a full time pastor for many years. We are thankful that God answered our prayers for a pastor and that we have been blessed with B.J. and his family. It is our belief that the series of events that led B. J. to our church could have only been orchestrated by God.
Pastor Evans is married to Krechella (a teacher at Clay County High School). They are the parents of four children – Grace (deceased), Nick, Hunter and Ilyauna.
B. J. was the youth pastor at Laurel Fork Missionary Baptist Church at Adonijah prior to becoming our pastor. He has expressed his desire to see that youth ministry continued here at Faith Missionary Baptist Church.
We invite you to join us at one of our services – Sunday 10:00 am, Sunday 7:00 pm (day light saving time) and 6:00 pm(standard time) and Wednesday 7:00 pm – in fellowship to honor our Lord and Savior.
