What began as a missing person’s report on Friday, October 11, has turned into a double murder-suicide investigation headed by the Clay detachment of the West Virginia State Police.
After receiving a complaint in regards to a missing person, Alecxandria Auxier, 28, of Indore, on Friday afternoon, troopers discovered his body along with the body of Michael Sumpter, 26, of Burnsville.
The two bodies were found at a residence of Joshua Foster, 30, of Lizemores. Troopers believe the men were involved in an “unknown dispute” on or around September 30, and that Foster shot Auxier and Sumpter before committing suicide at his home on October 1. Foster concealed the bodies before committing suicide.
The investigation is ongoing.
