Grandparent Appreciation Day will be held at the Clay County Pool on Wednesday, July 19, from noon to 4 p.m. There is free admission all day, with door prizes at 1 p.m. This free pool day is sponsored by the WVU Clay County Extension Service, Clay FRN through their Healthy Grandfamilies program and gambling prevention from First Choice. Free admission to the Clay County Pool, free healthy snacks, and door prizes including gift cards will be given out around 1 p.m.
