Clay County Commission approves appointments, moves voting precinct

The Clay County Commission met on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 for a regular session. A motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting was approved. A motion to approve the bills and purchase orders as presented was approved. A motion to approve budget revisions was approved. A motion to approve erroneous assessments as presented by the assessor for Steven Jones was approved. A motion to approve the appointment of Jonathan Carl Neal, Administrator for the estate of Carl A Neal, deceased was approved. A motion to approve the appointment of Frederick Allen Daniel, Administrator for the estate of Norma Lee Daniel, deceased was approved. A motion to approve the appointment of Trenton Wade Morton, Administrator for the estate of Jacqueline Lee Morton, deceased was approved. A motion to approve a petition to remove Wayne King as Fiduciary Commissioner for the estate of Fred Workman and to appoint Glen Sutton as Fiduciary Commissioner was approved. A motion to approve the last day of employment for Lisa Truman as dispatcher at Clay County E911 Communications Center effective May 4, 2018 was approved. A motion to advertise to move voting precinct 24 – Nebo from the Big Otter Senior Citizens Community Center to the Big Otter Fire Department due to no telephone service was approved.
