Clay County High School will be having their Annual Golden Delicious Apple Festival Art Auction on Saturday, September 15, around 2 p.m. The auction will start right after the parade on the main Courthouse Stage.
You are invited to visit the Clay County Commissioners Room inside the Courthouse to view the student’s art work before the Auction.
Schedule for the event:
9 a.m.- Judging of the art
10 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.- Public viewing inside the Courthouse In The Commissioners Room.
2 p.m.- Art Auction (right after the parade, conducted on the main courthouse stage)
The CCHS ART students with art work in the art auction will include:
Donations from last years’ 2018 seniors: Kaylie Humphrey, Alexis Blake, and Victoria Humphrey.
2018/19 advanced art students: Kaylin Ahart, Allison Jackson, Hayden Morris, Carly Osborne, Mackenzie Sears, Caitlin Belt, and Patricia Zardoya. Art II: Brandon Belt, Devin Parsons, Noah Pritt, Courtney Simpson, Breanne Blake, Savanna Cadle, Salyndria Gill, Seth Moore, Zack Paul, Heather Sears, Taylor Sears, and Brittany Smith.
There will also be a piece of art done by: Rebekah Morgan, Ronee Nottingham, Alyssa Helms, and Chris Canter.
Join us right after the parade! This will be Mrs. Kerr’s last art auction. She will be retiring at the end of this school year. We hope to see you there, and thank you for your past support and for future support of the Clay County High School art students, and for helping to further their interest in developing their artistic skills.
