The 93rd Annual West Virginia PTA Convention will be held April 15 and 16, 2016, at the Lakeview Golf Resort and Spa in Morgantown, West Virginia. Each year our State PTA Convention hosts more than 100 individuals representing their local PTA units from across West Virginia and we are currently seeking sponsors, vendors and advertisers to be a central part of our annual convention.
Sponsorships from businesses and organizations is the key to having a successful convention each year. We have a variety of sponsor levels to meet the needs of all prospective sponsors. PTA (Parent Teacher Association) is a non-profit organization and serves as the largest parent advocacy group in the state. West Virginia PTA President Janelle Sperry states, “The PTA continues to be a powerful voice for all children, an important resource for families, and a strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child. We can continue to support programs for our children and provide educational training to our volunteers during our State Convention through the support of sponsorships, vendors and advertisers. We greatly appreciate your support and hope this opportunity fosters a long term relationship for the mutual support of our community’s youth.”

Additionally at the convention this year, we will be holding a “Speed Vending Luncheon” to highlight our vendors and exhibitors. As PTA representatives from across the state enjoy lunch, each vendor or exhibitor is given the opportunity to visit each table, discuss their product, and then rotate to the next table so that every delegate gets one-on-one time with each exhibitor. The cost to be a vendor or exhibitor at the West Virginia PTA Convention is $100 per table. If you are unable to attend the convention itself, we are also offering the opportunity for companies to display their information or provide inserts for the convention tote bag provided to each delegate at a minimal cost of $50.00.
West Virginia PTA is also offering convention program advertising. Full page ads are $150.00, half page ads are $100.00, and quarter page ads are $50.00.
