Dr. James Phares, State Superintendent of Schools, recently visited Big Otter Elementary School. Dr. Phares toured the building with Principal Anthony Boggs and met all the staff members, many students, and even community members and volunteers. He was impressed with the academic achievements of Big Otter students over the past few years. After touring the building, Dr. Phares met with the Clay Board of Education to address any concerns they had. It was an honor to have Dr. Phares visit our school!
