“We are in this together” is not a phrase taken lightly in the H.E. White community. During normal school years, it was not out of the ordinary to see parents, grandparents, and community members volunteering at this little school. Now, with the current “no entrance” guidelines, you are required to think outside the box to find ways to help.
Last week, parents of H.E. White students contacted the school to ask what they could do to show the staff their appreciation for their dedication during this uncertain time. The entire staff has gone above and beyond for each student and family attending school during the pandemic.
Ronald and Jeannie Evans, owners of Clendenin Frostbite, and parents of H.E. White students delivered free lunch to the entire staff the school.
“We are so thankful for Ronald, Jeanie, their children, and all of the students and their families,” said Principal Jamela Krajeski. “We are truly in this together.”
It’ a great year to be a Pioneer.
