In light of the Governor’s decision on to close schools due to the coronavirus, our schedule has changed. All schools will be closed through March 27, 2020. The following staff will report to work locations beginning March 16, 2020: central office staff, school administrators, mechanics, and maintenance workers. Custodial staff will be contacted by building administrators concerning work schedules.
Food deliveries began on Monday, March 16, 2020. All employees will report to their regular work locations at 8 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2020. Any employees that would like to volunteer can report to Clay County High School to help with food pick-ups. We would like to thank everyone that has volunteered to help our children during this difficult time.
Students should begin snow packets on Thursday, March 19, 2020 with Packet 2. One packet should be completed daily. Additional packets will be added in the coming days.
Meals will be provided for students who attend Clay County Schools. Meal service times will be 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday – Friday.
There are two options available: Buses will start delivering at 10:30 a.m., and we will also offer drive thru meals for Clay County School students at Clay High School daily from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
