Salango Law, in partnership with the Charleston Dirty Birds, is proud to announce the return of Salango Law Light the Night for its third year. The holiday tradition has quickly become one of West Virginia’s most anticipated seasonal events, drawing families, companies and visitors from across the state and beyond.
“We’re so excited for the third annual Salango Law Light the Night,” said Ben Salango. “Building on another record-breaking event last year, we’re looking forward to an even bigger, more expansive celebration this year with new attractions, memorable experiences and opportunities to bring our community and state together.”
Last holiday season, GoMart Ballpark transformed into a Winter Wonderland featuring 2.5 million lights, attracting more than 123,000 attendees. Guests traveled from 387 towns and cities across West Virginia, 42 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, Canada and Japan to experience the region’s premier holiday attraction.
“The countdown for November 21 started about 9 months ago. Salango Law Light the Night is such a special opportunity for families, companies and the entire community to take in the holiday spirit in an affordable and accessible way,” said Andy Shea, Charleston Dirty Birds Owner and CEO. “We have shared memories here with people from Japan, throughout the entire state of West Virginia, and thousands more across the country. We are really pumped about our new layout and new experiences!”
In 2024, the event set a new single-day attendance record at GoMart Ballpark with 11,263 attendees on Saturday, December 14.
The 2025 celebration will expand once again, offering attendees brand new attractions alongside returning favorites. Guests can enjoy five new carnival rides and carnival games, plus signature experiences such as ice skating, ice bumper cars, inflatables and the centerpiece of the event, more than 2.5 million dazzling holiday lights.
Opening night for Salango Law Light the Night is set for November 21 and will be open every day through January 1 except for Christmas Day. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit www.dblightthenight.com.
