Hi, my name is Robin Childress, and I have worked at the Clay County Health Department for seven years.

I grew up in Charleston, WV, but my parents and grandparents are all from Clay. My husband and I moved to Clay after my father passed away to help my mom. My duties at the Health Department include, but are not limited to, answering the phones, making appointments, insurance billing, and ordering supplies. We have a good group of people working at the health department. Everyone tries to help everyone. I really do love the small-town atmosphere-where everyone knows each other and are there to help in a crisis. I saw this for myself in the last seven years with the Derecho and the flood relief workers working together. Please feel free to check out our services here at the Health Department.
