Health Fair at Clay County Senior Center

A Health Fair, brought to you by Clay Senior Center, Clay FRN, Clay County Health Department, Rite Aid Corporation, Clay County Development Corporation, will take place on November 13, 2013 from 8 am to 4 pm at the Clay County Senior Center, 174 Main Street, Clay WV, 25043.
Services available include flu shots, at no cost to Medicare and Medicaid enrollees or $29.99 for uninsured individuals; lab work/blood work, fasting required. CMP/CBC/Lipids – $18.80; PSA/prostate – $10. Bonnie’s Bus for mammograms. You must have a valid doctor’s order for a mammogram. Call for an appointment 304-587-2468.
