Livestock, Home, Arts and Garden entries have officially opened for the 93rd Annual State Fair of West Virginia. Paper entries for Home, Arts and Gardens and Livestock are due July 7 by 12 noon, while online entries are due July 7 by 12 a.m.

Reminder, all limited classes for home, arts and gardens must be entered by paper, while all junior show livestock entries must be made online.

Don’t miss out on the fair’s new special contests in the West Virginia Building this year, including Front Door Flair, Mason Jar Arrangement, and the Flower Scavenger Hunt.

As usual, fair week will be full of a variety of livestock shows, including open horse shows on both weekends, as well as the Draft Horse Pull on Friday, Aug. 18, at 9 a.m.

For more information, visit www.statefairofwv.com or contact the entries department, 304-645-1090, at the State Fair office.
