The Clay County Public Library is encouraging summer reading by making it into a fun competition.  Summer Coordinator Elizabeth Davis  has worked hard to make this summer’s program fun and exciting for all ages.

With prizes ranging from Amazon gift cards, card games, electronics, Legos, etc. up for grabs, kids of all ages have taken part of the summer fun.  To qualify you must read five books or five chapters to gain a ticket for a chance to win a prize.  The prizes will be drawn right before the Apple Festival.

The library is offering many activities throughout the summer including Grab N Go Bags to boost learning.  These include coloring sheets, crafts, and other fun activities to take home and complete.

You can join in on all the fun this summer at the Clay County Library.  Contact them today to learn more or follow their Facebook page for updates.
