The parents and families of Amy Anderson and Jonathan Hopkins are pleased to announce the engagement of the couple and upcoming wedding planned for June of this year.
Amy is a 2000 graduate of North Marion High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in animal and veterinary science at West Virginia University in 2005 and obtained her master’s degree in agricultural sciences in 2008 from West Virginia University.
Jonathan graduated from Clay County High School in 2001. He currently holds an agricultural and environmental technology degree from West Virginia University.
Amy is the daughter of Dan and Suzi Talbott of Rachel, WV, and Jack and Tammy Anderson of Elkins, WV. She is currently employed with the state of West Virginia.
Jonathan is the son of Timothy and Miriam Hopkins of Clay, WV. Residing in Morgantown, WV, he is the assistant branch manager at Air Gas.
The couple operate A & J Loving Acres farm in Morgantown.
Jonathan and Amy plan to exchange their wedding vows on June 17 at Elkins.
