The Mid-Ohio Valley Investment Corporation and the Workforce Investment Board Mid-Ohio Valley have jointly issued a draft update of the local Workforce Invstment Plan. This is a plan that addresses the workforce investment needs of the region. The plan is available for review and comment at the office of the Workforce Investment Board Mid-Ohio Valley, 531 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
