Ages 4 – 12, 2016 August grades to attend Pre-k through 6th grade…(MUST be registered for school)
Items needed for day of practice (NO EXCEPTIONS): Copy of Birth Certificate, Current Photo, Current Sports Physical, Copy of Current/Last School Report Card or proof of Pre-k Registration.

Registration deadline (NO EXCEPTIONS) July 30, 2016, CCPIF will not be able to take any participants after this date.
Registration Fee: $40 per first child (MUST be paid in full by the first day of practice) Can be paid via credit card on line.
