As of October 1, the guidelines for utilizing the Clay Family Support Center’s Pantry Services are changing. These new guidelines reflect requirements for continued funding by the WV DOHS. 86% of the funding comes through TANF.
To receive pantry services, families with children must be enrolled and participate in FSC Programming, including parenting classes, support groups, and Mobility Mentoring. Families who choose not to participate in programming will no longer be allowed to stay in the program.
Families may only access our FSC-funded services (food, hygiene, cleaning, and baby items) FOUR times per year. The date started on July 1, 2025.
Families without children and those who have reached their fourth visit may still receive food allocated by other funding and sources as available, as well as donated items.
We appreciate your patience as we make these changes.
