Jessica McKinney is awarded a $507 check by Lions Club President Jerry Linkinoggor and Vice President Donna Salisbury after winning the annual Rubber Ducky Race. This race is sponsored each year during the Apple Festival by the Clay Lions Club. Their half of the money goes toward scholarships for Clay County High School graduates.
