Clay County citizens are truly one of a kind. The Clay County Sheriff’s Department took the time on Friday, Dec. 11, to recognize three individuals who they believe go above and beyond for their county. These individuals were each nominated for a 2020 Outstanding Citizen Award, and the Sheriff’s Department was proud to recognize Asia Tanner, Steven King, Frank Massey, Theresa Gill, and Becky Adkins for their dedication to Clay County and its citizens.
