Five students from Clay County were awarded their degrees during the 140th Glenville State College Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 10th. The GSC Class of 2014 is made up of more than 220 students who completed their degree requirements in July 2013, December 2013, and May 2014.
Katrina N. Adkins of Clay graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree in English (5-Adult).
Ryan M. Bennett of Lizemores graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management with a concentration in Land Surveying Technology. He also earned an Associate in Science degree in Land Surveying Technology.
Courtney S. Holcomb-Bennett of Lizemores graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management with a concentration in Business Management and a minor in Environmental Science. She also earned an Associate in Science degree in Business.
Adam T. Hypes of Maysel received a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science degree in Psychology/Sociology with a minor in History.
Catherine N. Nottingham of Duck received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Military Science.
