Children from Clay, Big Otter, Lizemores, H.E. White Elementary Schools and Clay Middle School raised their voices this weekend to honor not only the Golden Delicious Festival but our country. Song themes were very patriotic this year. Big Otter Elementary featured Lee Greenwoods’ “God Bless the USA,” “My America,” and “This Land is Your Land.” The heartfelt performances definitely pleased the crowds that gathered.
