Bank Street briefly appeared to become a raging river Tuesday after a main water line busted and poured thousands of gallons of water down the road way. Mountaineer Gas was doing routine repairs on Church Street in front of Clay Elementary when the main water line was struck and broken. Crews were required to turn off the water in the area throughout Tuesday evening in order to repair the damaged line.
