Walton Farmers Market is reviving its market for 2017. The location for the Walton Farmers Market will be at the Walton Community Building. Spencer Farmers Market will begin on Friday, May 5 and gothrough September on every Friday from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and every Saturday from 8 AM-Noon at the farmers’ market location next to Southern States in Spencer. They will also try to host special downtown markets on Church Street on the first Saturday of each month. For more information about the Spencer Farmers Market, contact Phil Smith at 304-927-1640.
Finally, Amma Farmers Market will begin on Friday, July 7 and go through September on every Friday from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. at the Amma Senior and Community Center in Amma. For more information about the Amma Farmers Market, please contact me at the office or market manager Linda Drennen at 304-565-9051.
