Mrs. Cassie Titus was selected as Clay County School’s 2019/2020 Teacher of the Year! Mrs. Titus is a Title I teacher at Big Otter Elementary School. Her hard work and teamwork, dedication to her students, and willingness to do whatever it takes to help her students succeed makes her a model teacher.
