The happiest people on the planet should be the born again, blood washed, child of God. Why? No matter what happens on earth, when their life is over they will spend eternity with God in Heaven. They will be with Jesus in a land that defies description where all is well and no evil can be.
For the child of God every need will be supplied more than abundantly and there will be neither sickness nor disease; sorrow nor worry; bills nor parting ever again.
Many will never see that place because they chose to not accept Jesus, His death and resurrection and what He accomplished at Calvary. They will spend eternity in eternal damnation in the most awful place imagined. The pain and suffering; the stench of burning flesh; the voices screaming out in extreme pain. They made the wrong choice.
God is not willing that any human being would ever be assigned to hell. It was designed for the devil and all his imps. It was not designed for mankind. Escape from that damnation was made very easy and simple. Ask Jesus to come into your heart and believe that He died for you and when He died on the cross arose 3 days later. Receive Him and follow Him and you will never ever have to face the judgment of a sinner. God loves you.
For those that have accepted Jesus and become a Christian the Bible is loaded with good news. As an example, God said He would supply all your need. When sickness comes knocking He said the stripes Jesus bore would heal you. He gave the child of God authority over the devil and said to give him no place. Jesus paid the price and has left for the believer joy and peace and righteousness which are a gift from God. God has many promises for the believer (over 2500) and they are available through faith. God has given to everyone the measure of faith and when that faith is properly nourished by the Word of God and exercised in accordance with that Word, good things happen.
The devil will always try to keep you from believing or receiving the promises of God and often times you will have to put doubts under foot and speak the Word of God in spite of what people say or think but God is no respecter of persons and will not change. What He said He will do. What He requires must be honored but the rewards are tremendous. Look at what Jesus said in John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. Study the Bible for yourself. John 3:16 declares For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. If you have not asked Jesus into your heart, the time is now. 2Co 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succored thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
