Football season is here – which means chips and dip every Sunday! Try this scrumptious treat for all of the flavors of a Philly Cheese Steak in one creamy dip.
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced red and green peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
½ pound finely chopped deli roast beef
1 can diced green chilis (4 oz.)
1 pound white Queso cheese, cubed
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Tortilla chips
Instructions
Saute the onions and peppers in the olive oil until tender. Add the roast beef and green chilis and stir until heated through. Set aside.
In a large sauce pan combine the cheese and milk over medium heat. Stir until melted and creamy. Stir in the beef mixture and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.
