Earthly Life is very short. But the end of all things is at hand be ye therefore sober and watch unto prayer, 1 Peter 4:7.
The things which are seen shall pass away man’s earthly life is very short, and he knows not what will happen tomorrow. Review the parable of the rich fool, Luke 12:16-21. He did not live to enjoy the things he had gathered for himself. Be sober watchful unto prayer charitable and hospitable one to another. Be a good steward of the gift the talents, that God has given you, 1 Peter 4:8-10. If you speak, speak as the oracles of God, 1 Peter 4:11. Tell others about Jesus. God’s word shall not return void. Isaiah 55:11. Be a minister a servant of God as he gives you the ability to do so, that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever, 1 Peter 4:11. God, according to, his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of him that called us to glory and virtue 2 Peter 1:3. By his great power, God has given us all things pertaining to earthly life and eternal life. He has given to us exceeding great and precious promises, 2 Peter 1:4, redemption through the shed blood of Jesus, adoption into his family, the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, resurrection and ascension and eternal life in glory with Jesus. By redemption and the fullness of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit we partake of his divine nature. The sinful nature of our old self has been destroyed. See Gal 2:20 and 2 Peter 1:4, Matthew 6:24. Man’s earthly life is very short, and he knows not what will happen tomorrow. Love one another earthly life is very short enjoy this short life and some day you will have eternal life in glory with Jesus.
