Wesley Shaun Brown, 40, of Wallback, died Friday, September 7, 2018, from injuries received in a logging accident.
He was born February 2, 1978 at Charleston, the son of Bonnie J. Keith Brown of Wallback and the late Wesley Sterling Brown.
In addition to his mother, survivors include four sons, Lance, Nicholas, Wynston and Kayden Brown all of Wallback; sister, Tammy Peck of Clendenin; four brothers, Richard Brown of Bickmore, Terry Brown and Danny Brown both of Wallback, Michael Brown of California.
Shaun was a timber cutter and a graduate of Clay County High School, Class of 1997. He enjoyed hunting.
A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 16, at the Maysel Community Church, Maysel, with Pastor Brodis Brown officiating. The visitation ran from noon until 2 p.m. Sunday at the church.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
