Wanda Louise Potasnik Hamrick, age 89, went home to be with the Lord on October 17, 2019 after a short illness.
She was born January 17, 1930 in Widen, WV to the late John and Mary Potasnik. Wanda was also preceded in death by her husband, Leroy “Keith” Hamrick; son, Michael Keith Hamrick.
Wanda worked at the Widen Bank and was a home maker. No one ever left her home hungry and she always had a friendly smile for everyone.
She is survived by one sister, Francis Coluzzi of Waldorf, MD; and one very special sister-in-law, Marlene Potasnik of Nebo, WV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great and great-great nieces and nephews that she thought the world of.
She will be missed so much by her family and many friends. Per her wishes a private family services were held, there was no visitation.
