Troy “Tootie” Neff
Bickmore, WV – Troy “Tootie” Neff, 74, of Bickmore, entered into rest, Thursday, April 30, 2015.
Born May 30, 1940 in Clay, he was the son of the late Joe and Sarah (Bragg) Neff.
Troy is survived by his son, Troy Neff Jr. of Peach Orchard, daughter, Peggy Ann Lowe of Mt. Nebo, brothers, Raymond, Orgel and Woodrow, sisters, Blanch McCune, Wanda Taylor and Shirley.
Graveside service was held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 4, 2015 at Neff Family Cemetery, Craver Fork, with Minister John Osborne officiating.
